This series of images reveals the lack
of dust on the solar panels. They indicate that some agency is either
preventing the accumulation of dust, or removing it from the panels. I favor
the explanation that geysers are periodically erupting and the spray is washing the
dust off the solar panels. Many rover images show geyser vents and what appears
to be present day water erosion.
